New Customer Support for League Media Clients

20-Jul-2005 Thanks to our transition to MediaONE, we are now deploying a whole new Customer Support Service!

Each inquiry will be assigned a unique CRM case # and support will be done via chained email response system. Also, the new Support offers 2 levels, with level 2 dealing mostly with serious issues such as server downtime and other unlikely technical difficulties.
